MSK Films is on the verge of releasing the first movie ever made to focus entirely on the street game. Matthew Krentz and MSK Films have put together this new story tackling subjects such as division, hardship, racism, and the beautiful ways we strive to make sense of this world around us. A story about relationships and achieving goals. The story seems to resonate with everyone in the independent world, and most definitly makes sense to the athletes and ballers in the world who understand the struggle, the hardship, and the glory of the game. It's the studios that want more gang violence in the film, or want the film to be more poppy or showboaty. It's important to know that the story is not only authentic, but untainted by shit that's not real.
Matthew has put all of his time and money into this project. If all goes well, the movie will be financed and ready to shoot by this summer. I have had the opportunity to read part of the script and watch video snippets to see what this it all about, and I can tell you first hand, the movie is going to be a moving production. Make sure you read the synopsis to see what it's all about.

Our new video server is now here and the database that organized it all has been fixed and debuged. All the videos, including their number of downloads, are now up. The new video server is faster, more reliable, and has more space so we can post more videos. It operates at faster speeds and can handle more simultaneous downloads. However, we can only maintain the server if you click the ads to generate revenue. You must be a registered member of The Playgroundz to have access to videos. To become a member, you can register here.
In total there are 16 videos that are put into two categories: organized ball & streetball videos. The new video component that we have installed now displays screen shots from each video to give you a better visual. If your friends aren't yet registered and can't download yet, tell them to. Hopefully our status will now be able to get back to where it used to be. It's only possible with your help. Be on the lookout for a new Pharm mix from HandleMan. It's got Pharm from Volume 8 and the Inner City DVD, as well as other various footage. HandleMan is The Playgroundz' official editor, and he's back on the scene with all new media. Stay posted. On Saturday, April 22 in New York City, 21 of the country's best high school seniors will invade Madison Square Garden for what has arguably become the premiere high school all-star game - The Jordan All-American Classic. All of the players lucky enough to have been invited own more trophies and awards and have played in more all-star games than they could ever care about. But when Mike comes calling, it's a different story. There's a little something extra that comes along with being asked to play in MJ's game and each player knows that he's following in the footsteps of other Jordan Classic alums like LeBron, Carmelo, Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Amare Stoudemire, Andre Iguodala, Rudy Gay and J.J. Redick.

1. Adam Morrison, SF, Gonzaga The next: Larry Bird The now: We can’t help it, he’s got the floppy hair, the mustache, and he rocks the 1980s striped socks. Not to mention he’s one of the most creative scorers we’ve seen at the college level in years. It’s easy to see why everyone wants to compare Morrison to Larry Legend – they even run the same. The guy won’t blow anyone away with his athleticism, yet still has enough moves to drop 30-plus on any defender you stick on him. Morrison leads the nation in scoring at more than 28 points a game, and is money in crunch time. The only thing that will keep him out of the draft’s top three is that he doesn’t do much else besides score. He plays hard, but is still limited on D and on the boards. Who needs him? Bobcats, Raptors, Rockets, Blazers.
