Interview with Corey "Homicide" Williams
Written by Administrator
Monday, 15 May 2006
ImageFor those of you that don’t already know about Corey “Homicide” Williams, get ready, you will. Corey is what basketball is all about. He owns the blacktop of Rucker Park in the summer, and the hardwood courts around the world in the winter. Earlier this season Corey had a brief stay with the Raptors, and spent the rest of the year in the CBA preparing for another NBA run.

ElevationMag recently talked to The King of NY, Corey “Homicide” Williams, about his moves from NYC street ball, to international league play, to the minors, and then to the league with the Toronto Raptors. If you think Homicide just does it in the summer at The Rucker, you’re lying to yourself. He kills ‘em all year long...

Homocide and Alimoe Trash Talk
Written by Administrator
Thursday, 11 May 2006
ImageCorey "Homicide" Williams is never at a loss for words, especially when he feels disrespected. Homicide recently went off on how he feels about And 1 and popular streetball player Alimoe.

“Fuck And 1, fuck all that. That’s not real ball, man. Put anyone from And 1 in front of me and they’ll get their ass bust. No disrespect to them, do your thing, I know that’s how you pay your bills, but you’re not better than me, you’re not. You’re not gonna disrespect this real streetball. I won’t let you do it. Alimoe disrespected me man a week before we played at Rucker. He told me “I’m gonna bust your mother fucking ass,” straight like that, “and we could play for money”. “You can’t fuck with me, Corey,” straight like that. And it bothered me because I didn’t get the respect I deserved...

Best of the Killer Crossover Tour
Written by Administrator
Sunday, 07 May 2006
The Killer Crossover Tour was launched by Hot Sauce a few years ago by his passion for the street game. He pulled together the top names from around the country and put them under one roof. White Chocolate, the Bone Collector, Pat Da Roc, and Future were just some of the unsigned hype that helped make the tour grow.

This new video highlights the top plays from the Killer Crossover Tour series throughout the course of about two years. The games weren't played in arenas; they rented out High School and small college gyms, even some PAL's to get the games going. However, after months of promotion and success, Hot Sauce was able to take the tour on a bigger level with larger gyms and sponsorships.

Dime Magazine on MySpace
Written by Administrator
Tuesday, 02 May 2006
ImageI was never really into MySpace, but I guess there's no escaping it. It seems like every organization now has a MySpace account. Of all major companies, the folks at Dime Magazine have put up a MySpace account. This is for all you people out there that go hardcore with it. As always with Dime, the account is affiliated with big names. Dime is "friends" with T.I., Ne-Yo, Just Blaze, and Christina Millian.

So if you got a few seconds, peep what Dime threw together. Maybe I'm the only one without a MySpace account, who knows, I'm just not into that stuff. Here's Dime Magazine's MySpace.
